Author Topic: What is blocko?  (Read 1416 times)

I keep hearing it around...sounds like some famous designer or something.

'Blocko' is the imaginary style of bricks or models used in Blockland. It's slightly based off the existing real brands of building blocks - LEGO and such. When people ask for "blocko style" models, that usually means using flatshading, simple colours and simple box-like shapes in models. (rather than cylinders or spheres)

Still ripped off lego bricks. =P

Badspot asked Lego when he made Blockland Retail. When they said no on v0002 design, he changed it and now it's more generic, like MegaBloxs is in relation to Lego.
