I would say we act of no punishment's of anytype they both provoked it and they both did something wrong, i cannot act to any thought's of a punishment IF Nessecary the only thing that would be Suitible for this situation is De-admined for both for 5 day's.

That is all, this IS NOT TATTLING we can think of it as my job.

UPDATES: Having come back into the server as a Repurcaussion (Spelling?) Zer0 banned for 1 minutes.

Spock then banned for 5-10 minutes, I Would say Spock De-admined or Kicked or Zer0 De-admined for 3 day's Spock De-admined for maybe a week.
