Don't give anyone admin. Give NO ONE admin. You should only give admin to people you know would be a good ADMINISTRATOR. This does not include your friends, or people who make good mods. This includes people who you see as a calm administrator who bans for reasons that keeps the server clean and fun, and never lets his emotion get a hold of the ban button.
