Stop suggesting IGSO, you can easily do this in console, and I don't see why everyone downloads IGSO to do so many simple ass things.

IGSO does simple things only noobs couldn't do. I'm not saying it's stuff, but you don't need it for EVERY LITTLE THING.

Can, but there is an easier way.

Go to C:/Program Files/Blockland/config/server.
Open Prefs.cs with Notepad.
Scroll down to $Pref::Server::WelcomeMessage = "Welcome to Blockland, %1";
Change the bit that reads 'Welcome to Blockland, %1' to whatever you like.
Add %1 wherever you like as the joining person's name.

1. Open Blockland
2. Open Console
3. $Pref::Server::WelcomeMessage = "\c3%1 will be banned in 3...2...1...";

It should save if you close normally...
