I have known about you Mocheeze, and I have seen you on the forums. Yet I think I have never met you. At any point in time I would like to join your server if it is available.

I think having the duplicator is must. Helps you with the repetitive tasks.

Also, Badspot released his add-on that forces people to build on 64x64 plates. If you were to host a server where the common folk can build as well, it would help keeping the server tidy.

You should also get Trader's doors, they can really make a difference to interiors and exteriors.

Custom bricks could be nice, but since the brick transferring system is yet to be fixed, I doubt it would be a good idea to get them.

I also would love to have Kaje's vehicles included, but you said that you want stuff that help with building only :P

I would allow specific vehicles if they were relevant to the build theme in the server. I'm also going to add in the "building tools" preset from RTB's system.

Having a good permissions system will be important. I want to keep the server structured like how it was before, where there's a freebuild area and a club-build area, and you can only build in the club zone if you're a member or "friend" of the club.

Definitely. But most of the rest is still relevant luckily. I can't wait to choose which add-ons will make it on the server. Only things that help with building! :) If you guys have suggestions/favorites, let me know.

Do you think we could make a BLBC colorpack?

I've been working with an offshoot of Trueno's colorpack that I edited, for some time. I also highly recommend ceiling tile bricks.

BLBC color pack could be cool, but not high on my priority list. I haven't really looked in depth at other color sets out there, so I'm not sure if there's anything that would be perfect already.

I don't think anyone will force you to stop trying, but expect the standards to be at the very advanced corner of the spectrum, so to speak. From what I remember, the building aspect was about setting precedents and inspiring other people, while remaining a club with membership.

Edit: If you can't take a joke or are prone to taking things too seriously, you might want to consider another building clan

I'm posting this from the new dedicated! This thing is going to be a beast: 3GHz Pentium D dual core, 2 GB ram (will be expanded later). I just got a nice GFX card for free, but it won't do the server any good. The only plan have for this machine right now is for it to run the BLBC server, so we should have no problem with whatever we want to throw up as a build. :)

EDIT: And I'll be connecting it through a fiber connection when I get it to its rightful "home."
