Actually download it to test before posting, the image was just bad quality. The face, overall, is good.
Sorry to kind of bring back things i have said long before a long time ago, but this was bumped and i saw you quote and i just kinda had to reply :3
There is no such thing as a "bad quality picture" when taking an in game example unless you can't even see the decal or it's really fuzzy. I can see the decal perfactly, it isn't fuzzy. The decal isn't that good. Sorry but i much would rather use the ninja decal someone made back in V8, it was ported to V9, i forget who made it.
