Your files seem to be called server.cs.cs and description.txt.txt. (In the 1x1/4x4 prints pack, I haven't checked the others) This is probably why they aren't showing up in the Add-Ons list. Try turning on your operating systems' Show File Extensions option and fixing this.They also include the thumbs.db files which aren't needed.
