Because jookia gave iban the script. Jooks server went down for a while, and iban put his up. Its an EDIT.

Update 1.1
 Fixed a real estate bug.
 No longer can reset while having a loan.
 Updated the bank disclaimer.
 Save file is generated at start.
 Added a few missing prefs.
 Fixed a bug with not being able to see bottomprint when first spawned.

loopy your being stupid. Bolt and Jook made this mod. Jook made a "deal" with iban that allowed iban to get CityRP from what I understand Iban didn't keep up his side of the deal. Iban editted it posted his server. At first Jook gave up and let iban host it. Then Jook decided he wanted to host it again so he rehosted it. then Iban started giving out versions of it. so Bolt and Jook to stick it to iban, released it hence this addon.
