There's not much more. The only thing remotely disturbing to me is shooting the "neutral" zombies when they might not be zombies.

Neutral zombies? No such thing.
The only things that might not be zombies are Zoey, Louis, Bill, and Francis.

Everything else is just a toy zombie.

Those are just bored-as-stuff zombies. They smoked weed to pass time when they were living, but their zombie brains don't know how to do that now so they just lean against walls and puke because they don't know what else to do.
