Shouldn't it be big to hold everyone in a server? and also it should be fun to Play Bl so I think it should be good that the jails in a RP should at least have thing they can do like evented games or something.

Jails should be big enough to stand up in. And small enouh so you can ONLY stand in them. It would look like a tiny closet with a drain (for urine). That'll teach them!
