Nononono, you dont want a recon. Even modded they are terrible. The best gun you can buy right now is either the Lanard Blast Bazooka or the Buzz Bee Big Blast. Both of those can get crazy ranges with little modification.

You heard incorrectly.  Also, I was telling you to go do a test once you're done with the painting.  The recon is one of the worst guns ever made by nerf.
