Author Topic: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (?)  (Read 1195 times)

A new Elder Scrolls game has been confirmed! Supposedly, it will be the same type of free-roaming, quest collecting RPG as Oblivion. I'm not sure if it will run on the same engine, but it will be improved, after seeing Oblivon's errors.

Most are saying that it will take place in Skyrim, however, this information isn't confirmed.

Discuss.

I hope they use a more stable engine this time around.

I hope it has Co-Op, and more than 3 civilian voices.

I saw a mudcrab the other day.

I kinda just skimmed through Oblivion..

Remind me what Skyrim is again... and how it will connect to the last elder scrolls

The area north of Cyrodil, judging by the map on my wall.

Holy stuff broke the page.

Since when has Morrowind been part of Tamriel?

I'm prety sure it is an island right? That map is wrong.....

That's the official map, and I'm still dumbfounded.

Technically I've already seen Skyrim.
Long ago around when I first played Oblivion.
I ran off into a random direction (happened to be north), and bam...
Invisible wall, but land continued.
Dun dun dun...

Vvardenfell is that Island in the middle of Morrowind. It's where the game takes place. It's just a smaller division of Morrowind, however, that sea/river running around it is a bit bigger than what it looks like on that map.

I hope they make it better, I had a lot of complaints with oblivion that I can't even list them all,
like the dark brotherhood quest based off "clue". You could kill someone right in front of another and they would go
"Who did that?!""
