Almost nothing on that map is correct.

[*]There are no spawn points where you say except for Tavern.
[*]You don't have port Town as a spawn point.
[*]You're pointing the wrong way to Starboard Town.
[*]Woods and Dungeon 1 are in the wrong spot.
[*]Port Town has very high monster danger, people drag them in and Sea Monsters
[*]Monsters spawn everywhere outside safe zones, not just those yellow circles.
