Either I need Better Friends, or a Better Connection. (Rant)

Most of my friends disconnect every FIVE seconds. Either that, or they leave. When I tell them to do something to run my server, most of them being super admins, they ignore what I say. Or perhaps, they don't HEAR what I say. Whenever I try to talk to them, they are either talking to someone ELSE in IRC, or just playing with their hands.

It is getting so annoying when someone makes me crash, too. It also gets annoying when everybody leaves the server, or is that just my connection?
