Where can I Download the Tutorial Map?

You know, for like, online play. Can I have a direct link to the tutorial map download? Or is there a way to get it WITHOUT downloading?

Edit the dedicated.bat or dedicatedLAN.bat file to start at map "tutorial."

Map_Tutorial.zip comes with BL, so you should have it.
(But it doesn't appear on the map list, even if you have it.)
