The idea originated from the Fallout 3 Tactical Fatman Nuke Launcher.
Not exactly what it looks like but some what.

Yeah thats a bug.
Some other bugs included are:
-Projectile doesn't shoot.
-A part of the launcher goes in you.
-New sounds.
