You guys are real richards if you do that. Kids are ment to believe in Santa, and if you ruin that for them, you ruin their childhood. Just because you found out early/never belived doesn't mean you have to ruin the fun for others. Little children, seeing as the are little and don't fully understand anything outside of their age, don't truely understand holidays. So, what parents did is that they created fictional characters and planted it in their minds, creating a message that they can understand.

Which brings me to the question, how do I tell my sister? She will be twelve next years and my parents want me, yes me, to break the news to her. But the problem is that I actually love my sister, I don't like her, but I don't want to do anything too hurtful to her. And my parents believe that the blow will be less painfull when it is told by one of her siblings. And since I'm her only one, its up to me.
