For full load it is pretty good. Average temps for a decent Core 2 Duo above 3.0 Ghz would be somewhere around 750 C under full load.

Meh, my CPU hit about 120f under full load, but that was a problem with the heatsink. It stays around 90f now. (Replaced the heatsink >:D)
