I've been doing strength training for a month. I haven't seen much results, its hard to build muscle when you are genetically cursed with tiny muscles. Anyone know of any known effective supplements? I don't use any atm

When lifting, specifically for gains, its important to eat a calorie surplus. So maybe 250 - 500 calories above your maintenance level. It's very important to keep track of your macros. Muscle gains come slowly, you'll have to realize that. If you're looking to get shredded (fat loss) you either have to eat at a calorie deficit so 250 - 500 calories below maintenance level.
