Has tony not heard of gender dysphoria?  It's typically the disorder that transgenders have (AFAIK).  As in, it's completely out of their control that they were born with such a thing and you shouldn't give them stuff for feeling a certain way about themselves.

Feel free to correct me on that disorder part, but that's what makes people feel that way as far as I know.
