I can unhinge my jaw but popping out arms is wierd
what the forget

i can see somebody dislocating their own shoulder, but loving popping your jaw off? that stuff ain't like a denture, you can't pop that stuff off like a robot and put it back on at your will. like, do the tendons stay attached or anything?

i mean it's kinda interesting but weird at the same time.

anyways my left hand's middle finger is like half a centimeter shorter than the one on the right hand due to a childhood injury. the fingernail is forgeted up too. the strange thing is that my grandmother has the exact same wound too.

i actually finally decided to pick up a gym membership again recently and i have this problem lol. my shoulder sometimes just pops out which is super forgetin' gay when i'm trying to work out

The first time I can remember it happening, I was driving my dad's Porsche for the first time and I was navigating a turn and as I'm sure you know it is VERY uncomfortable until it pops back in and I had to grab the wheel with my other hand and jerk the car around the turn to avoid understeering off the road. Freaked me the forget out.

"Aw, my arm fell out of my socket again! Hey, one sec guys, lemme put it back in."

I have excess muscle tissue in my face which means my jaw muscles are longer than they are intended to be. I can pop my jaw off at the joints and let it hang loosely. It's only about an inch difference from me opening my mouth normally. I suffer from temporomandibular as a result and my jaw tends to click a lot at the hinges. (I ground the little cartilage thing into a powder so it doesn't really work anymore)

My bone structure is actually oddly fragile. For example, I have to do push-ups on my knuckles because my wrists can't withstand my body weight without support.

I have some good genetics (mostly shoulders, my chest genetics are terrible), and the main reason my muscles look the way they do is because i only have about 4% body fat because I don't eat enough. I am going to attempt to "bulk" once i fix my car and have more money for food and stuff
i have a really good chest but smaller shoulders and biceps (and calves team no calves reporting). on top of protein and creatine im taking beta alanine

with creatine alone i can shoot up nearly 10lbs. I bulk for about half a year and added a solid 10lbs on and now Im maintaining and getting ready for track

I eat about 1500 calories per day and do about forty minutes of cardio, and I cannot even reach 10% yet.
that is definitely not good and youre probably doing something wrong

the only bone I have ever actually damaged was my skull, which had a large fracture in the back of it
I am somehow indestructible despite my build otherwise

Other than my bones I've found my body has some weird almost supernatural healing power. My favorite example is that when I was a kid and needed braces, I went to like five different orthodontists who told me I'd need head gear to correct my bite. There's no way I was gonna do that, so I found one that told me that they would try with just rubber bands but might have to resort to head gear if they didn't work. So, of course, I never once wore the rubber bands. Every checkup they told me I was doing a fantastic job with my rubber bands and I got my braces off with a perfect bite without ever wearing rubber bands or wearing head gear.
