and found upon accessing all my accounts, texts, sms, the whole nine yards

How the stuff did they get access to your text messages and non-school email accounts? I read everything I had to sign when I enrolled in college and nowhere in it did it say that they could demand access to my personal accounts as part of any kind of investigation. My school investigated me for possession of drugs and I ended up literally ranting at my dean about how the premises of her school were a totalitarian regime that violated the most basic tenets of human rights. They dropped the investigation as I left the office. I can only imagine what I would have done if the school had been investigating me for child enthusiasm.

im sure if he didnt give them access anyway they would take legal action or some bullstuff

He accused my posts of being cancerous

I wouldn't say cancerous, maybe more along the lines of toxic
I kno between jackin it to vids and pics of dogs and drinking yourself into a coma everynight because of overwhelming loneliness and depression that you have little time to not be a walking trash heap with a mouth that spews such filth

and hopefully your liver explodes
tell me, when you thought of Self Delete so heavily so long ago; what stopped you

I wonder if the tramps you manage to beg into your bed stay longer than ten minutes after you end up crying upon their shoulders because you've finally got someone to give even a fraction of sympathy for your dreadful existence and how your father firmly believes you take it up the ass from your roommates every night

What legal action could they take? They're a school. They can't press criminal charges because they're not a crime fighting agency and they can't file a class action lawsuit because they're not a minor that he loveually harassed. They could try to suspend or expel him, but they likely have no grounds to do that without completing an investigation that was thorough and condemning. They could try to claim that he isn't complying with the investigation, but that would easily be argued against as it's an unreasonable expectation of compliance for someone to open up their private accounts.

i thought school can press charges? I know a highschool in my neighborhood is doing exactly that because there was a fight of 20 people with some being from different schools, in their school

Schools could press class-action charges for things that directly affect them. For example, if you were to get caught defacing school property, they could sue you for the value of the damages. They can't press criminal charges.

At the meeting before they even told me that they already had accessed all of my accounts, I told them that I would of course comply and give them full access to anything they needed along with my phone, after I said that is when they told me they already accessed my accounts. Which I was fully fine with as I had nothing to hide and I wanted this matter resolved quickly.

To be fair that comment was not entirely true. Someone, frankie, decided to tell someone at the college I was sending explicit images of myself to minors. The college has people in charge of such matters, they launched a very private investigation as they would with any allegation for anyone, and found upon accessing all my accounts, texts, sms, the whole nine yards, surprisingly, that there was no evidence to support the allegation and it ended up wasting everyone's time.

I had a suspicion on who had decided to do such a thing, and that suspicion was confirmed thanks to my disabled ex.
loving lol.

If it's a state school they may be able to work in conjunction with local police in the matter.  Given the climate of loveual crimes in college campuses it's no surprise they're quick to jump on this.  Tenshi also never made any statement as to how they accessed his data and accounts, only that they did access it, so I'm willing to bet that he probably just gave them access given that he knew he had done nothing illegal and had no incriminating evidence (because why bother trying to get out of the situation if you are innocent anyway)

I'm sure he did give them access, but I think that's ridiculous. If I was accused of child enthusiasm I would literally make SUCH a problem out of it for the school. Nobody's going to get away with accusing me of something like that.

Yeah it's pretty forgeted up but it's probably much better in the long run if they were to quickly come down and bring him in to do the private investigation for the sake of not being formal and public about it and risk ruining his reputation or putting a spotlight on the school.  Cause once someone hears that someone is an alleged child enthusiast, rapist, etc., everybody cares and then if they're found to be innocent nobody really gives a stuff.  Plus in this day and age they have to just about investigate everything.  If someone were to just falsely drop to the office of student conduct that I cheated on an exam a year ago I'd probably be brought in for an investigation.

They had already accessed all of my accounts well before I even knew this had happened. I found out about it(the entire thing) when they called me in for a private meeting, and it was over with in under twenty minutes.

Yes, make a huge ordeal out of it for the school because they are simply following through with a tip given to them. That makes sense. They were legally required to investigate the matter. And making a huge deal out of it and refusing consent would only indicate I have something to hide. I care more about resolving the matter quickly than I do my privacy as it's a waste of time for both parties involved in such an instance.

They're a school. It isn't their responsibility to identify child enthusiasts or investigate your life in any way. It's their job to provide you with an education. child enthusiasm is extracurricular and irrelevant to their responsibilities. They should have forwarded the tip to the proper authorities: the police.

I don't know about their methods of accessing my account and it's well possible they went to the proper authorities for such access and simply were a mediation between the police and myself.
