Because he wears cheesy and flamboyant things that no girl would actually wear, and also has poor grooming that makes him look even less like a girl. Makes it seem like zero effort is put into a transformation.
A. I really don't most of the time anymore, and I would never wear a rainbow boa outside of something like this.
B. Define "poor grooming". I actually put over the top effort into it, and apart from unusually bad hair yesterday, everything else was fine.
