how bigs a meal?
like, I skip breakfast usually but have some lunch and a bit of dinner.
I'm pretty normal just in terms of consumption, and I have toast and a banana every morning, then have at least one snack bar before lunch. Lunch usually consists of a sandwich and another fruit of some kind, and sometimes chips and salsa. Then begins the long fast until dinner, which is almost always macaroni and cheese. I don't have very healthy variety, but I have a healthy amount.
Anyway, I think your diet should depend on your amount of physical activity as well. The more you move, the more you eat. Still, there are points at which you can't take that rule any further.
