because most of the winners are poor people, and poor people can't handle money even when they've got an abundance of it (that's why they're poor to begin with)
Yeah, because mostly poor people buy lotto tickets, I'd imagine. I would think they'd have better things to spend money on, but eh.

I used to see it each time I went to my friends, I was almost jelly of it.
