steve's probably legit. i did a reverse image search and i found a whole lot of stuff, my guess is tavros is faking being steve person

EDIT: of course i don't mean i actually actively looked for info. i just googled that image to see if there was like fifty picture of him and it was a stock photo.

Can't you guys just do a little digging? View The Tavros Nitram's first posts from just last year. Page 160 talks about grades in his class, and the top of 158 is a post of his talking about how much he dislikes his math teacher. Keep going and you'll find plenty more evidence from him against himself.
