i was cutting 11lbs average a week lol, i naturally weighed 130+ doing 120

then i got sick and did 113 for senior night

I'm at 17% but that's cuz I'm weak af and also need to fix my diet

I run at least 2 miles everyday (some break days if I'm too lazy) but then I go to Taco Bell or White Castle lmao

It's very hard for me (mentally) to cut since I've been wrestling up
Had to cut from 155 to 145 this past year but in going to the season only weighing 148

This kid who used to wrestling walks around at 170ish and cuts to 145 for his mma fights

lightweights at my school are more mentally prone to cutting because we're all mentally fat as forget

i wrestled 120, and 3 weeks after the season ended i hit 152

Sports programs (at least my school) usually measure it to determine how fit you are
