Okay, this is really hard to do so it may take a few tries. First go to page one of this post, you can find that right? Next click the link that appears after the word download on the very first comment by Racer. To click your mouse you hold down the left mouse button then let go of it. Next, a window will pop up asking you to open or save the file, click "save". There you have it, you have successfully downloaded a mod, give yourself a pat on the back.

Rifles have sucked ever since the projectile speed limit.

No they dont there good because if you need to take care of a large group of bad guys you can use the Rifle/Sniper rifle and hide somewhere they cant see you

I like the way that ir doesnt have a load, annoying noise, like other weapons.

I think its fine, other than the fact that i had to redownload it like 5 times. (COMPLETELY MY FAULT) I lost connection with the internet RIGHT as i downloaded it :p. Turns out my brother was running the microwave....... lol
