Any word on badspot going with?

The brick shape patent expired and it can't be copyrighted, so Badspot can use the bricks in retail but not the minifig.

He could always use the normal bricks in game. He doesn't even have studs modelled on them. It's all texture.
I'm certain that Lego would win a case against him if he used the minifig and other shapes that were close enough to the real life legos.
