ok, there will be several items that move you to a certain location if used.
An item called "Port Town" will move you to Port Town from any majore location on the map (doesn't work in the wilderness). Each of those majore locations will have an NPC that sells you a traveling item. For example, if you get to Starboard, you can buy the travel item of Starboard and from now on you can get there by using it. I suggest it will cost about 500-1000 gp, or 50-100 if it's for 1 use only.
(that, or making the damn horses cheaper and more secure ><)
