Can't make new characters?

Im just wondering why you can no longer make new characters.
is badspot planing on making it so you have to buy new accounts or somthing? Free :cookie: :cookie: :cookie: :cookie: to who ever answers my question.

Maybe it's becouse players created junk accounts, got demerits, and had let cop accounts to jail them, to get off their demerits.

New characters also end up in Limbo, a place that doesn't exist.

He is just halting it because he is planning an update, and is going to erase all players again. No need to create a new accont when it will be deleted in a few days.
