Ok, I think we can confirm that Roblox has 'Blockland' has a tag.

No they don't. They show up on any site regardless of Blockland.
Also, that Pokemon site has nothing to do with Blockland, so the Roblox ad on a Pokemon site has nothing to do with Blockland tags.

On the front of that page you have a 1.1mb bitmap image which is 90% black.  The planet in the image is squashed and then the entire image is squashed in the <img> tag.  You have to be doing this on purpose.  No one could be this bad at so many things at once.
