Actually, after reading it over several times, I believe what he means is that he doesn't want people posting pictures without a download link and then asking if he wants to add it to V11. Because in that case he would have to reply.
Because see, you didn't post a picture of what you submitted, so Badspot has to download it and look at it for himself, and if it's complete crap, you just wasted 5 minutes of his time. He could have simply looked at the picture and decided he does not want it.
Or maybe you're just butthurt that everyone else posted a picture except you because you misinterpreted the rules and are now trying to get us into "trouble"
