I want to animate web-toons someday, and hopefully become famous, or close. I look up to Yotam Perel, a comic who makes the most funny, and somewhat random flash videos in my opinion. If anyone knows a free animation program, other than pivot, could they please include a link?

I want to make flash animations too, hopefully one day i can get my hands on one of the good flash animating programs :<

I know of adobe Flash, but doesn't that cost moneeey? I'm poor right now and I can't get it D:

There is LiveSwif, but it is so utterly horrible that it probably isn't even worth using. At all.

There is also EasyToon, but it isn't Adobe....swf-ish.

His arm almost looks like an ear or one of those points ghosts have on their head but in this case it's sagging down.

I was always interested in flash toons myself, however everything necessary to make them is too expensive and I never feel like messing around with EasyToon.
