Can't Use Animated Avatar?

Ok, so whenever I try to upload an Animated avatar, that is short, and it's the right size, it never works. It always says:

Your attachment couldn't be saved. This might happen because it took too long to upload or the file is bigger than the server will allow.

Please consult your server administrator for more information.

The avatar I try to upload is tiny compared to the ones I used to use.
Whenever I upload an image the size that I want, it works fine.

Did Badspot remove the ability to upload animated avatars for me, or what?
Also, don't tell me to PM Badspot, because I can't.
