Or, you could just reinstall blockland, like anyone else would.

You would lose all of you SWEET add ons. I always forget where i got them. >:/

and that.. is why there is a option before you uninstall blockland (via add/remove programs) to keep your Add-ons from the blockland you lose now.

Reinstalling Blockland takes 30 minutes. Why reinstall when you just need to replace one or two files?
