actually, because Obama wasn't sworn in until 12:09 PM, and Bush's term ended at 12:00 PM, Vice President Bydan was technically president Bydan for nine whole minutes.

Except as soon as the clock hit 12, Bush stopped being president and Obama became president by law. It doesn't actually matter if he took the oath or not. So Biden was President for a grand total of 0 seconds.

I watched the ceremony in the campus theater. Way better than sitting in a classroom.
