I still think the Fan should be a placeable Special brick from the menu or something. You could give it one or two events to set the fan speed, turning it on and off.

Im fine with the speed of it, but it should hurt ppl when they touch it, also it should be solid.

I agree with the special brick part. You can add it to the JVS system and make it have speed events and other things that make it run differently.
