Uhh do i need the original Stalker to play Clear Sky the expansion..?

answered my own question.

I have another, what the hell am i supposed to do, i captured the renegades main base but it says holdout till reinforcements and its been like that forever?!

Yeah, its a bug with the AI. takes around a day in-game. There is an even bigger one when you reload a saved game that sends you to a point in an emission.

Anyone know of a good spot to hide in garbage from emissions? Thats the main spot that I get this bug.
