It's actually a bit taller then humans in-game so the scale is good.

I really want to.  Again, it's a matter of digging for the right peices and seeing how they fit together correctly to create the right thing.  GLaDOS would be hard due to her little details and stuff.

I have all 9 originals and 3 with canisters.  So i have 12 and only 3 have the canister and instructions.  I got the six completed on eBay but found some of them with the full dealio in garage sails. (best part is that they were only like 1 dollar for one, win.)

Well if you have a Dremal and super glue then fine :3

I went kinda easy on the hunter and tried to make it as easy to build if you don't have special things as possible.  And i did 'cept the antenna thing was held there by double stick back tape and dabs of super glue :3

Portal gun, though, cuts into a white head, glued a handle in that, has a brick that extends to a couple of studs for the second handle and then has the 3 stick things glued on to that.

What size in length should I make my images guys?

Yeah the balls and stuff. If you want to go for something a bit more up to scale with minifigs then there are those larger ball + socket pieces that came with a bunch of old star wars sets. They'd be perfect, but it would still be hard.
