I try to open a door, "schedule quota hit". I try to activate a button I made, "schedule quota hit". I tried to change the schedule quotas but nothing happens. Please tell me if I'm doing something wrong.

Delete your C:\Program Files\Blockland\config\server\prefs.cs file.

Sounds right to me. Just change your prefs mentioned above.
Did you try the ingame scehdule quota prefs?
