whenever i make a new colour on avatar settings they only appear for the hat accent

You seem to be missing a lot of the default colours, too. On my copy of Blockland I get six rows of six colours, plus one or two I've made for myself.

Do you have any clientside Add-Ons that may be breaking it? (Console log)

Transparent colors are only available for the hat accent.
