ok I decided to use the ragdoll mover, but it doesn't let me switch to rotation
it tells me to press the middle mouse button to switch to rotate, it don't work

Pressing the middle mouse button changes the axis arrows to the rotation wheels, you have to hover your crosshair over one of those wheels and hold down the left mouse button to start rotating the selected part of the ragdoll
