Aim at a ragdoll's left or right hand, bring up the context menu (default key is 'C' i think), then move around the yellow/blue boxes on the picture shown in the context menu, make sure the ragdoll you're using is finger-posable, some custom ragdolls that people make aren't face-posable, finger-posable and/or eye-posable

It's actually pretty good, but something seems wrong with Gordon's body. Maybe his body angle.
