just drop the folder in your addons folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamapps\username\garrysmod\garrysmod
NOT THE ZIP, THE FOLDER INSIDE THE ZIP
for the map just drop all the folders in the garrysmod\garrysmod folder
