Bodygroup changer, and they are too plain, try something a bit different next time than just sitting poses.

I understand, just try to make the arms, body, and legs look realistic, like an actual animation.

You're using these, right? You need the Bodygroup tool to change the skin or bodygroups of ragdolls that use more than one skin (texture) and/or bodygroup (basically hide/unhide parts of a model like the Scout's hat, headset, dog tags, etc)
