Ok since i got some new Weapon Props and Tools for Gmod i decided to make this theme of Citizens/Rebels Rebelling against the Abusive Town Enforcement.
Enjoy :D
Backup guy incase their "Plan" Goes wrong ^
Masterlegodude:
First picture: Could've had a better angle, too much background and not enough focus on the citizens in the foreground
Second picture: Rebel's left arm looks like it was barely posed, his right hand is clipping through the cop's hand
Third picture: Also could've had a better angle to show the angry guy in back more while still having the cop and citizen in view
Fourth picture: I don't even know what that cop is doing but i think he realized how germ infected his gun is and threw it on the ground
Fifth picture: Should've tried centering everything so that the guy isn't cut off and there isn't much empty scenery on the side
You should also try backing up and zooming in to give your pictures a better feel to them
Also, use Bloocobalt's Enhanced Citizens
http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=115471
And use the bodygroup changer to cycle through skins and bodygroups (bodygroups are basically parts of a model that can be changed or toggled visible/invisible and skins are textures)
http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=125861
They both go in the garrysmod/garrysmod/addons directory, left clicking will change bodygroups, right clicking will change skins, context menu has things, when using the bodygroup changer with the enhanced citizens, in the context menu, bodygroup 0 is the torso, subgroups 1 and up go through different clothing and such, bodygroup 1 is the legs, subgroups 1 and up for every bodygroup will always cycle through different things so i don't need to keep mentioning this, bodygroup 3 is for gloves, bodygroup 4 is for hats

It's a bit hard to apply filter effects without the whole thing going to stuff like this
I should look into using photoshop for filters and stuff
