The only name i can think of is 'Full Spotlight', it's very handy when seeing how much of the lamp is covering the objects and especially helpful in Garry's Mod 13 with MaxOfS2D's S.E.M.M. tools pack that comes with the Advanced Lamp tool

Someone uploaded a Sam B model in Garry's Mod 13's workshop...
It's stupid and not the Sam B i know and love, it's not ported from Dead Island because Sam B in Dead Island is a lot better looking, if you've seen the one from the Steam Workshop, you can clearly see how bad it looks compared to Sam B in Dead Island
It's also Sam Bubs, who is Bubs?
