Try renaming the info text document to addon
For models, you may have to use the Legacy Addon thing from the Workshop before you go looking in the browse directory

You left click the character you want to attach things to, then you click the items you want to attach and then you right click to finish and the items will automatically be attached
It works with physics props and effects
