Your poses look like you don't put enough time nor effort into them
The poses for the Counter Strike guys look unnatural, the one between the boxes is floating, i'm not even sure what his pose looks like but it doesn't look like he's trying to run or fire his weapon, the guy on the box looks better but his legs look odd which i don't entirely blame you for because the Counter Strike guys can be pretty stiff and hard to pose
Slenderman doesn't look like he's actually holding the gun, i don't know if you posed his fingers or anything
The Eevees look alright but you didn't adjust their ears to be up
Spy's legs look weird, the gun doesn't look like it's in his hand, his head is tilted as if he's fallen asleep or something
